Who we are
A service-area plumbing and gas fitting business based in Leeming, Western Australia. Plumbing licence 8396 and gas licence 13098. There is no shopfront or showroom in Harrisdale — we attend your property.
Quotes and prices
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer to contract. Prices are given in writing after a licensed plumber has attended and seen the work, and a quote is valid only as written and issued.
There is no call-out fee, and quoting is free. If you choose not to proceed after receiving a quote, you owe us nothing.
Bookings and hours
We work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. We do not offer after-hours or weekend attendance. Submitting a form or leaving a message is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking — a booking exists once we have spoken and agreed a time.
Scope of work
We carry out plumbing and gas fitting work. We do not carry out building restoration, electrical work, structural repairs or insurance assessment, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to do so.
