Why a site just for Harrisdale leaks
Because the advice does not travel.
Almost everything written about finding water leaks is written for old housing — corroded galvanised pipe, earthenware drains, roots through cracked joints, systems that have been replaced two or three times. That is a real description of plenty of Perth. It is not a description of Harrisdale.
This suburb was gazetted in 2007. The main Harrisdale Green estate — a State Government and Cedar Woods joint venture — did not start construction until July 2010. At the 2021 Census there were 11,667 people here across 3,794 private dwellings, up from 9,076 in 2016. It is one of the fastest-growing pockets in the City of Armadale, and almost every house in it is on its first set of pipework.
So the leaks are different. They are original joints that were marginal from the day they went in and have taken a decade of mains pressure to give up. They are pipes nicked during construction. They are retic lines pouring into sand. They are runs under slabs and under paving that went down before the landscaping did.

We do not charge to come out
No call-out fee, and that includes the time spent locating the leak before we can price the repair.
You get the price in writing, before anything starts
Transparent pricing with no hidden costs. If you would rather not go ahead, you owe nothing and there is no follow-up campaign.
We would rather do the smaller job
If the answer is a cistern washer rather than a slab repair, we will say so. If the water turns out to be storm water rather than a leak, we will say that too, and you will not have paid us to find out. When it is storm water
